Originally, Resolution Systems never intended to get into sales recruiting. It just happened that our powerful Sales Champion Battery™ Assessment System was so effective, that our clients asked if we would start taking care of their sales recruiting process.

As sales consultants, our approach to sales recruiting is decidedly not about just filling a sales position: Any recruiter can post an ad, read résumés, pick out four or five, and deliver a prayer that the chosen candidate will last 90 days, so he can take his fee and run.

You could do that yourself. But that's the problem.
