Create A Success Template For Any Job
For many organizations, a job description is an arbitrary and unrealistic assessment of what kind of candidate to hire.

If the job could talk, what would it say?

Benchmark the Job
Up to ten individuals (top performers, managers, owners/VPs, employees who interface with job,) participate in a stakeholder meeting.

Following the meeting, each person takes the Trimetrix profile online to determine the essential attributes of the position. The results are calculated and compiled into the Trimetrix Job Plus Report.

This report describes the kind of person most likely to be successful.

Assess the Candidates
Each candidate is then assessed. The candidate’s results are evaluated against the benchmark to determine whether or not he is likely to perform well in the role.

Match the Candidate
With the candidate’s assessment and the benchmark side-by-side, you can decide if a match has been found.

(The assessment should never be used as the exclusive tool for decision-making. It only provides an objective assessment in order to decide if further inquiry is necessary.)

Hire/ Develop the Candidate
Whether you’re hiring a new employee or developing an existing one, the Trimetrix Report provides specific strengths and challenges for the individual.

This objective analysis of both strengths and areas for improvement allow the individual and the manager to work together to create the most productive environment for development.

Evaluate Performance
After a period of time (designated by the organization,) the individual can then be evaluated based on his assessment and the development CDs to record progress.

By maintaining a close relationship between the individual and the specific areas of improvement, managers can more accurately prescribe additional opportunities for ongoing training and development.
