Heather Kivett, Chief Operations Manager

Heather Kivett

As Chief Operations Manager for RSI, Heather is responsible for the back-office systems and databases that enable us to deliver seamless and consistent support to our clients.  She has more than a decade of experience in business operations, management and finance, as well as a strong technical background that she brings to the ongoing development and management of RSI’s online university – www.SalesChampionUniversity.com.

Prior to joining RSI, Heather worked with several start-up companies, helping them establish the processes and policies needed to grow their operations.  She holds a B.S. in Business Management and Finance from Guilford College.
