Sales Methodology

Our methodology includes four key steps:

  • ASSESS. Whether we’re helping you solve organizational issues, intervene with problem employees or train your team, we begin with a thorough sales assessment. It helps us develop a precise roadmap of the capabilities we need to develop.
  • TRAIN. We offer two turnkey tracks – one for training salespeople and another for training sales managers. Both share a common vocabulary and use proven, customer-focused sales processes.
  • REINFORCE. We believe effective sales training is a process and not a one-time event. Our sales training company incorporates extensive follow-up coaching and long-term reinforcement to help your team achieve lasting change.
  • MEASURE. We give you surveys, reports and data you can use to measure the level of engagement and hold team members accountable for their learning. You’ll be able to monitor performance, deliver targeted coaching and promote continuous sales improvement across your team.
